Drive the design and implementation of enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud-native technologies
Provide technical leadership
Influence architectural decisions
Ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions that align with business goals
Qualification
Required
8+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership/architect role
Strong expertise in Java (8+) and Spring Boot / Spring Cloud for building backend systems
Proven experience designing and building microservices and deploying them in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and container orchestration
Solid understanding of API design principles (REST, GraphQL) and integration patterns—synchronous and asynchronous
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and automated testing frameworks
Strong background in distributed systems, messaging platforms (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and event-driven architectures
Preferred
Experience implementing and managing security patterns such as OAuth2 and JWT for microservices authentication/authorization
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack
