Responsibilities
Lead the evolution of our organic discovery strategy, bridging the gap between traditional SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
Ensure that whether a patient, caregiver, or Healthcare Professional (HCP) asks Google, ChatGPT, or Perplexity about our therapies, they find accurate, compliant, and helpful information
Drive AI-ready content strategies while navigating the complexities of the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review process
Manage our external agency partner to provide the vision and strategy for all SEO/GEO efforts
Qualification
Required
7+ years in SEO/Digital Marketing, with at least 2 years specifically in a highly regulated industry (Pharma, Biotech, Finance, or Insurance)
Demonstrated understanding of how LLMs impact search
Deep proficiency in Schema.org, Knowledge Graph architecture
Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMRush, etc
Experience navigating MLR/PRC review cycles
Exceptional ability to influence without authority and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience optimizing for AI-driven platforms (AIO, Perplexity, etc.) is a strong plus
