The intern will assist in a variety of environmental tasks, including data gathering and analysis, managing GIS data, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

Assist with the gathering and analysis of environmental data
Manage environmental GIS data
Help prepare permits and assist in ensuring compliance
Collect, process, and report environmental data
Support the daily operations ensuring environmental compliance
Maintain land and property database
Qualification
Required
Assist with the gathering and analysis of environmental data

Maintain land and property database
Knowledge of safety and environmental rules and regulations (MLMC supplied training)
Knowledge and understanding of computer technology and software applications. (Word, Excel, etc.)
General understanding of electronic surveying equipment
Knowledge in ArcGIS Pro
Preferred
Prefer a minimum of two years of undergraduate studies in Geosciences
Will consider applicants majoring in Natural Resource & Environmental Conservation or Forestry, Wildlife, Fisheries, and Aquaculture
