Sr Business Solutions Analyst
Community Health Plan of Washington is seeking a Senior Business Solutions Analyst to enhance their healthcare services. The role involves overseeing application performance, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with various teams to deliver effective solutions and insights.

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day application performance related to workflow, data interface and system issues. Conduct issue triage and collaborate with CSS team, platform vendors, and end users to resolve issues or defects
Ensure successful data transfers, data integrations and data integrity; conduct data validation activities. Collaborate closely with Data Engineering and Data Governance teams
Lead activities related to maintenance of integrations with internal and external systems or 3rd party applications
Develop and execute user acceptance testing plans, including test cases development
Support CSS team in responding to reporting requests
Lead and conduct release planning and deployment activities including writing release notes
Partner with other technical teams in IT to facilitate delivery of projects where the project cannot be completed independently. Act as a liaison and project manager between business and technical units to ensure accurate and timely delivery
Conduct impact analysis for new projects, workflows, or features. Implement mitigation activities at the direction of the Manager
Act as a technical consultant and trainer for internal teams
Partner with CSS team and CS trainer to contribute technical specification to training materials as needed
Provide mentorship and training to junior team members by promoting best practices and continuous improvement

Qualification
Required
Have minimum 7 years' experience in healthcare, preferably in the Health Plan business processes and business/systems analysis
Possess the capability to convert business requirements into effective solutions and collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful execution and delivery
Have experience in managing IS&T project life cycles using Project management tools such as Jira, Azure Devops, Monday or similar
Have experience in learning and translating existing business processes and complex workflows to deliver metrics and insights with real-time visibility
Have experience in business requirement gathering and translation into functional and technical specifications with documentation
Have hands-on experience with visual analytics tools like Tableau and Power BI, and working knowledge of Visio, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of tracking and analyzing the performance and resource utilization of enterprise systems
Knowledge of data modeling, MSSQL and/or Python for ad-hoc analysis, and cloud and native data warehouse systems such as Snowflake, Azure SQL, Redshift, or similar
Knowledge of project management industry standards/best practices
Analytical skills
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization including Senior level staff, external vendors, and external clinic staff both verbally and in writing
Ability to create process documentation to include process flow charts and written documentation
Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria to support applications development
Ability to read and write basic SQL statements
Complete and successfully pass a criminal background check
Has not been sanctioned or excluded from participation in federal or state healthcare programs by a federal or state law enforcement, regulatory, or licensing agency
