They are seeking a motivated IT professional to join their team as a System Administrator, responsible for maintaining and securing their IT infrastructure with a focus on virtualization, Windows Server, networking, and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities
Configure and maintain virtual machines to support various applications and services. Maintain and update VM hosts appropriately
Install, configure, and manage Windows Server environments, including Azure Virtual servers
Manage Active Directory and Entra ID, including user and group administration, Group Policy, and Intune settings
Independently research and troubleshoot technical issues using documentation, training materials, and vendor support resources
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in basic troubleshooting techniques and escalate complex issues appropriately
Monitor and manage data backups for critical firm data systems. Test restore functionality as defined by firm policy
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4 years of experience in Systems Administration or similar role
Strong understanding of virtualization concepts
Proficiency in configuring and managing Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022)
Proficiency in Active Directory and Entra ID administration and Group/Intune Policy management
Intune device management/configuration experience
Windows Autopilot experience
Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
Experience preferred with VMWare or Hyper-V
Familiarity and experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud configurations
Industry certifications such as MS Azure Administrator Associate, or MS Endpoint Administrator Associate are a plus
