Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and operations of IAM, including Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance, and Multi-Factor Authentication

Own IAM strategy, policies, and controls in partnership with Information Security and Risk Management

Drive integrations between IAM platforms and enterprise applications

Oversee Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD) environments, including delegated administration and group policies

Manage IAM tools, vendors, licensing, and budgets

Lead and develop a high-performing IAM team, including hiring, performance management, and skills development

Provide executive-level reporting on IAM initiatives, risks, and roadmap progress

Ensure high availability and operational excellence for mission-critical identity systems (24/7 on-call rotation)
