As a National Account Manager, you will drive business development and high-level sales for the Commercial Roofing Service Division, focusing on securing and managing large-scale national accounts across the United States.

Identify and secure new national partnerships through proactive lead generation and networking
Act as the primary point of contact for key decision-makers, ensuring quality and long-term satisfaction
Collaborate with local service departments and national leadership to align sales strategies with operational capabilities
Represent Flynn at national industry events and via social media channels to strengthen our market position
Qualification
Required
Proven Sales Track Record: Substantial experience in B2B sales
Relationship Expert: Highly developed presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
Mobility: Ability to travel up to 50% across the US to meet with clients and regional branches
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and remote presentation tools
Preferred
Experience in the Construction or Roofing industry
