Responsibilities
Administer and optimize an enterprise monitoring and observability platform
Configure monitoring for servers, networks, cloud resources, and applications
Develop dashboards, alerts, and reports to provide actionable visibility
Partner with infrastructure, application, network, and security teams to assess monitoring coverage
Improve alert accuracy through threshold tuning and escalation design
Automate monitoring and alerting workflows using scripting and APIs
Analyze trends and recommend improvements for performance and reliability
Track monitoring initiatives and enhancements within an IT service management platform
Qualification
Required
Experience administering enterprise monitoring platforms in complex environments
Strong understanding of infrastructure, application, and cloud monitoring concepts
Ability to design effective alerting strategies and dashboards
Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical teams
Familiarity with automation, scripting, or API-based integrations
Preferred
Experience supporting regulated or large-scale enterprise environments is a plus
