Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator

Manage incoming calls • Arrange freight for shipments
Prepare shipping paperwork
Invoice orders
Assist with inventory and cycle counting as needed

Required

Strong customer service and active listening skills
Familiar with ERP and CRM systems

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
High school diploma or equivalent
Three to five years of customer service experience required

Preferred

Bachelor's in Business Administration or equivalent a plus
Spanish a plus
