Responsibilities

Hands-on experience migrating enterprise applications from .NET Framework 4.x to ASP.NET Core (.NET 8, 9, or ideally .NET 10)
Proven ability to refactor legacy code (System.Web, WCF, Web Forms) to modern .NET 10 patterns
Experience with cloud-native deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS)
Strong background in CI/CD automation (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
Deep understanding of dependency injection, middleware, and modern API design
Familiarity with secure authentication/authorization (OAuth2, JWT), secrets management, and compliance standards
Track record of performance tuning and reliability engineering in high-traffic environments
Experience with self-contained deployments, side-by-side runtime management, and AOT compilation
Familiarity with App Insights, distributed tracing, and advanced monitoring
Exposure to AI/ML integration or modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular) is a plus
