Responsibilities
Support Microsoft partners in building their Agents Advisory practices, and design, build, and deploy intelligent agents using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, M365 Agents SDK, and Copilot APIs
Provide architectural guidance to System Integrators to help them proactively avoid issues and accelerate solution delivery
Identify product gaps and represent the voice of the customer to the internal Microsoft Product teams
Publish whitepapers, blogs, best practices, videos, and tools to help scale AI adoption across the partner and developer community
Collaborate closely with Microsoft sales teams, CSAs, partner teams, operations, and customer success groups to drive overall success
Support partners and customers across US and EMEA time zones
Guide and mentor junior developers across onshore and offshore teams
Provide weekly status reports and keep all stakeholders informed
Qualification
Required
12+ years in software/solution engineering with 5+ years at Architect/Lead/Principal level
Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions from concept to production
Deep expertise in RAG architectures, LLM-based application design, prompting, orchestration, grounding techniques
Hands-on work with Azure AI Services, including Azure OpenAI Service (assistants, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, cost/performance optimization)
Hands-on work with Azure AI Search (vector search, hybrid retrieval, custom scoring, re-ranking)
Hands-on work with Azure ML (training, deployment, model registry, pipelines)
Hands-on work with Cognitive Services (Language, Speech, Vision)
Strong RFP / Pre-Sales experience including solutioning, proposal creation, estimation, and workshops
Expertise in Microsoft technologies: Copilot Studio, Power Platform, M365, Agents SDK, Copilot APIs
Expertise in Azure PaaS (App Services, Function Apps, API Management)
Expertise in GitHub / Azure DevOps
Expertise in SQL Server, Cosmos DB
Expertise in Event Hub, Service Bus
Strong understanding of security, compliance, identity, including Entra ID, VNET/PE, Key Vault, encryption, data governance, Responsible AI
Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills
