Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product roadmap, requirements, and delivery of enterprise finance solutions
Collaborate with finance, engineering, and leadership teams in an agile environment
Translate finance business needs into functional specifications and partner closely with engineering
Manage the full product lifecycle including roadmap, PRDs, user stories, delivery, and launch
Work in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams
Manage stakeholders with finance leaders and executives

Required

10+ years of product management experience with SAP S/4HANA Treasury (TRM), FICO, and FSCM
Strong treasury expertise: cash management, in-house cash, FX, risk management, forecasting, AR/AP
Proven ownership of the full product lifecycle (roadmap, PRDs, user stories, delivery, launch)
Ability to translate finance business needs into functional specifications and partner closely with engineering
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams
Strong stakeholder management skills with finance leaders and executives

Preferred

Experience with SAP ECC and large S/4HANA transformation programs
Exposure to Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Databricks, or financial analytics platforms
Background in GL, tax, RAR, capital markets, credit & collections
Experience launching enterprise SaaS or platform products
Prior experience in large enterprise or Fortune 500 environments (Adobe-like scale)
