Hands-on responsibility for database administration, performance tuning, backup/recovery, and high availability
Acts as a subject matter expert and may serve in a lead capacity
Qualification
Required
6+ years of hands-on SQL Server DBA experience
Strong experience with backup, recovery, performance tuning, and T-SQL
Experience with Always On Availability Groups
SQL Server clustering and capacity planning experience
Database migrations and storage design experience
Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred
100% DBA profiles preferred (60% Dev / 40% DBA acceptable)
