Responsibilities

Ensure personal and team safety, maintaining high housekeeping standards
Set up and machine raw materials to meet OEM specifications
Cross-train on various machines to maintain production flow, including CNC and manual equipment
Understand material properties, cutting tools, and machining techniques
Interpret GD&T from part drawings accurately
Follow all safety, quality, and environmental regulations

Qualification

Required

Experience with manual and CNC lathe and milling operations
Proficient in G-code and FANUC systems
Ability to interpret geometric dimensioning and tolerances (GD&T)
Strong understanding of machining procedures and adherence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Mechanical-related degree or equivalent experience is a plus

Preferred

Welding knowledge and experience in the process control industry
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, CAD, and CAM software
