Responsibilities

Join the Big Data Engineering team to design, build, and optimize batch and near-real-time data pipelines using Spark, streaming, and distributed big-data platforms
This role is intended for hands-on Big Data Engineers , not BI or reporting-only profiles

Qualification

Apache Spark developmentSQL experienceData ingestionHadoop experienceScala programmingPython programmingLinux proficiencyData formatsEnd-to-end designGit proficiency

Required

Strong SQL experience (MySQL, Hive, Impala, Spark SQL)
Hands-on Apache Spark development
Spark Structured Streaming experience
Data ingestion from Kafka/message queues, files, REST APIs, and relational databases
Experience with data formats: JSON, CSV, XML
Hadoop & distributed systems experience
Hands-on programming in Scala or Python (Shell/PHP as secondary)
Linux proficiency
End-to-end design and build of batch and near-real-time data pipelines
Experience with Git / Bitbucket / SVN
