Responsibilities

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a smooth and positive candidate experience

Own full-cycle recruiting for contract roles

Assist with recruiting and management for our internship program

Manage a high volume of interview scheduling and oversee logistics to ensure timely, consistent momentum for both candidates and hiring teams

Utilize various diversity job platforms to post job descriptions and source candidates

Ensure in-person interview days are seamless — greeting candidates, prepping rooms, and supporting logistics onsite

Assist with planning and logistics for recruiting and DEI events to strengthen Morning Brew Incs employer brand

Assist with weekly recruiting metrics, reports, and dashboards to help the VP of TA identify bottlenecks and optimize hiring processes
