Quality Assurance Coordinator

They are seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to support management staff in ensuring that internal business productivity and quality are upheld to high industry standards.

Responsibilities
Monitor agent inbound/outbound calls
Assess calls for compliance, quality, efficiency, and performance
Review agent files for compliance, quality, efficiency, and performance
Identify re-training and coaching opportunities
Effectively communicate coaching opportunities through the proper channels
Support internal quality control policy and procedures
Track performance at department, team and individual levels
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and requests
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to provide effective feedback both verbally and in writing
Exceptional attention to detail
Positive attitude and approach
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with operational audits
Ability to work independently and within a team
