Responsibilities
Greeting guests as they enter, and putting them on a waiting list as necessary
Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions
Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas
Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers
Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service
Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them
Answering phone calls, taking reservations and answering questions
Knowledge of Bourbon and Brew menu
Other duties as assigned. Providing great customer service

Qualification
Required
Ability to greet guests and manage waiting lists
Ability to provide menus and answer initial questions
Ability to seat guests at tables or in waiting areas
Ability to assign guests to preferred tables while managing table rotation
Ability to engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service
Ability to respond to complaints and help resolve them
Ability to answer phone calls, take reservations, and answer questions
Knowledge of Bourbon and Brew menu
Ability to provide great customer service
Ability to perform physical demands such as sitting, standing, walking, using hands, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
Ability to work in a moderate to loud noise environment
Ability to circulate throughout assigned areas, including smoking areas
