Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels
Plan, create, edit, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, short-form video, and campaign-driven content
Own the social content calendar and ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across platforms
Monitor platform trends, cultural moments, and algorithm updates to keep content relevant and competitive
Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, on-brand manner
Build authentic relationships with followers to strengthen brand trust and loyalty
Track, analyze, and report on key social performance metrics including engagement, reach, growth, and conversions
Use insights and data to continuously optimize content strategy and improve results
Collaborate with marketing, creative, product, and agency partners to support product launches and brand campaigns
Align social content with broader go-to-market initiatives and marketing priorities
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience managing social media for a consumer brand or agency
Proven track record of growing and engaging social communities
Strong understanding of major social platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with strong creative judgment
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with content creation and editing tools and social management platforms
Preferred
Preferred experience in CPG, consumer brands, or DTC businesses
Experience working in regulated consumer categories (preferred)
