Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customer accounts
Serve as the primary contact for major clients, addressing their needs and offering solutions that align with Blue Yonder’s product offerings
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key accounts to achieve sales targets and growth objectives
Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, customer success, and technical support, to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of solutions
Conduct regular account reviews and performance assessments to understand client needs and identify areas for improvement
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide relevant insights and recommendations to customers
Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in key account management or sales, preferably in the technology or supply chain industry
Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and achieving significant sales growth
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and teams
Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
