New Grad, Entry LevelGuntert & Zimmerman (G&Z) is looking for a Laser-Plasma Operator to primarily operate and maintain laser and plasma cutting equipment. The role involves setting up equipment, monitoring processes, and performing maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.

Responsibilities
Operate the laser and/or plasma equipment
Select and set up nozzles and/or cutting tips based on material type and thickness, load programs, set machine parameters and proper fixtures to ensure optimal performance of the equipment
Monitor process gases and report reordering levels
Operate overhead crane with chains, hooks, straps, or other lifting devices in a safe manner
Perform prescribed preventative maintenance on machines as required
Perform all dimensional inspections
Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions
Qualification
