2 portfolios- external (all external corp sites and partnerships), and data portfolio- looking for someone to support on the data portfolio
Data 360, business ready, regulatory framework, enterprise services
All based on AEM- candidate that has AEM would be ideal
More about data/how dataworks- coordinating a lot with the back end team
If they’re technical, great- what does being technical mean to her? Comp knowledge, a backggroun in comp sci maybe. They won’t be coding but would help them understand process flow and how data comes through- when they put down requirements and backlogs it would be easier for the team to review
May be asked to create dashboards in ADO
Data portals and platforms experience- understanding how to pull data from disparate platforms and metrics
Nice to haves- Enterprise size environment, Safe/agile certs a huge plus
Hoping to have a smooth process
They had someone in the role who didn’t work out- weren’t good at reading the room
3 days minimum ideally 4
Timeline- ideally looking to have someone start in feb, interviews next week. Virtual interviews, likely just one round
Qualification
Required
Data heavy business analyst experience
Agile experience
AEM experience
Experience with data portals and platforms
Understanding of how to pull data from disparate platforms and metrics
8+ years of experience
Ability to create dashboards in ADO
Technical background, preferably in computer science
Experience coordinating with back end teams
Ability to understand process flow and data requirements
Preferred
Enterprise size environment
Safe/agile certs
