Responsibilities
Lead and support architectural design on industrial projects from concept through construction
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to develop integrated design solutions to meet the technical requirements of industrial facilities
Prepare architectural drawings, specifications, cost estimates and construction documents in Revit and AutoCAD
Perform site visits and construction administration tasks
Coordinate with internal disciplines and subconsultants to ensure quality and timely project delivery
Mentor junior staff and contribute to project team development
Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and presentations
Qualification
Required
Accredited Professional Degree in Architecture (Bachelor or Master of Architecture)
Active architectural license
16+ years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on industrial or infrastructure-related projects
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of building codes, accessibility standards, and construction practices and detailing
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary team settings
US Citizenship required
Preferred
Experience with sustainable design and LEED principles is a plus
