Responsibilities

Supporting the Stewardship Team through the collection, organization, and validation of ESG-related data across the firm’s client base, including tracking client and consultant commitments related to net zero and other sustainability initiatives

Conducting market and peer research on various ESG topics including climate transition, net zero commitments, and evolving stewardship practices

Aggregating, standardizing, and cleaning historical proxy voting and proxy research data, helping to improve data quality, usability, and consistency

Translating large datasets and research outputs into clear internal summaries, tables, and reference materials used by the Stewardship and broader Investment Team

Drafting internal materials and communications, including summaries of stewardship activity, ESG trends, and portfolio-level metrics

Participating in regular Stewardship Team meetings

Drafting and sharing notes on relevant meetings and events attended

Performing other administrative tasks and position responsibilities, as needed

Required

2nd or 3rd year undergraduate students interested in exploring a career in Finance and Sustainability

A genuine and demonstrable interest in investment and ESG research

Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets and process-driven tasks, with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications, experience working with structured data is a plus

Highly responsive, and able to work independently

Strong organizational skills, prioritization, and time management

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information into concise, well-organized outputs

Fast learner with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Having impeccable integrity
