Learning & Enablement Consultant – ERP Adoption

Atom is seeking a Learning & Enablement Consultant specializing in ERP Adoption. The role involves designing and developing modular learning content for Oracle ERP users, conducting learning analysis, and supporting the facilitation of training sessions to enhance user adoption and operational efficiency.

Information Technology

Responsibilities

Design and build modular Oracle ERP product and process learning guides, including:
End-to-end process walkthroughs
System navigation and task execution guidance
Instructor-led training materials
Facilitation and trainer guides
Job aids and performance support tools
Translate Oracle functional inputs and process documentation into clear, consumable learning assets
Build content that supports manufacturing and supply chain operations, such as:
Order-to-Cash
Procure-to-Pay
Plan-to-Make / Manufacturing Execution
Inventory, Logistics, and Distribution
Ensure learning content is:
Modular (can be reused, recombined, and scaled)
Organized by Front / Middle / Back Office
Aligned to future-state Oracle processes, not legacy ways of working
Map skills and operational tasks to learning outcomes so content reflects how work changes in the future state
Maintain strong documentation standards, version control, and traceability
Iterate content quickly based on validation, testing, and evolving program inputs
Conduct learning and skills analysis informed by:
Oracle process design
Manufacturing and supply chain workflows
Change impact analysis and operational inputs
Translate analysis into:
Learning objectives
Curriculum structure
Sequencing and modular packaging recommendations
Support preparation and stabilization of learning content within the selected LMS and/or SharePoint learning library, including:
Structuring content by process, office, or learning pathway
Applying naming conventions, metadata, and versioning standards
Supporting readiness for go-live and post-go-live access
Partner with the Learning & Enablement Manager to ensure learning materials are accessible, maintainable, and scalable for sustainment
Support or co-facilitate working sessions with:
Functional leads
Operations stakeholders
Trainers or Skill Builders
Provide backup facilitation support for enablement or training sessions as needed
Coordinate closely with the Learning & Enablement Manager to:
Align on priorities, scope, and sequencing
Ensure consistency across learning assets
Support trainer readiness and transition
Maintain alignment with the OCM Practice Director to ensure learning outputs support broader adoption goals
Provide limited, targeted support across other adoption or change activities when learning intersects with those efforts

Required

5–7+ years of professional experience in learning enablement, instructional design, or learning experience design
5–7+ years of professional experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations-driven environments
5–7+ years of professional experience in enterprise Oracle or ERP digital transformation
Demonstrated experience building learning content for front, middle, and back-office users
Demonstrated experience developing process-based, system-enabled training
Demonstrated experience translating ERP or complex system inputs into usable learning assets
Experience organizing and maintaining content in LMS platforms and/or SharePoint learning libraries
Strong facilitation, synthesis, and written communication skills

Preferred

Experience with Oracle ERP preferred (or SAP, Dynamics, Workday with manufacturing/supply chain exposure)
