Responsibilities
Research and analyze viral videos within the assigned niche to identify trends, patterns, and key elements that drive performance
Write persuasive short-form video scripts, including strong hooks, engaging bodies, and clear calls-to-action that follow PBL’s proven frameworks
Create detailed editing notes, filming instructions for clients, and optimized captions to ensure each video maximizes watch time and audience engagement
Qualification
Required
Understanding of Short-Form Content: Strong grasp of structure (hooks, value delivery, CTAs, pacing, and length)
Understanding of what makes videos go viral and how to engage audiences quickly
Proven Copywriting Experience: Demonstrated ability to write high-converting, engaging short-form scripts (e.g., TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Ability to craft attention-grabbing hooks and maintain viewer retention throughout
Original Work Only: Do not use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) to write or generate content
System-Oriented: Able to follow detailed processes, workflows, and creative systems that are already established
Highly Organized and Detail-Oriented: Keeps projects, files, and communication well-structured and up to date
