Responsibilities
Support day-to-day media buying and campaign operations across multiple client accounts
Monitor daily campaign performance and delivery to ensure strategies are executed correctly
Act as a liaison between network partners, vendors, and internal teams
Send and track network orders and asset traffic instructions
Track, organise, and reconcile weekly linear TV network logs
Participate in publisher and partner meetings to stay current on media trends
Assist with client communications, weekly reporting, and presentations
Qualification
Required
Some prior experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field
Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and follow-through
A self-starter mindset with curiosity and a desire to learn
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, filtering, pivot tables)
Strong written and presentation skills (PowerPoint, Keynote, Prezi, etc.)
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
