Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
6–8+ years of commercial underwriting experience with complex risks
Exceptional analytical, consultative, and communication skills
Ability to travel regularly within assigned territory
Expert-level understanding of commercial underwriting principles, risk management, and industry-specific exposures
Strong knowledge of agency operations and market dynamics
High proficiency in risk evaluation tools and techniques
Preferred
Advanced designations like CPCU, ARM
