Responsibilities
Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
Coordinate case progress, assist with discovery, and manage document review and analysis
Organize and maintain electronic case files (iManage)
Support trial preparation, including witness coordination, exhibits, and trial attendance
Compile and analyze medical records to prepare summaries and chronologies
Qualification
Required
4+ years of litigation experience
Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems
Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
Ability to travel for trials and work overtime when needed
Preferred
Defense experience preferred
iManage preferred
