Business Operations Lead
SiiRA is a global platform that connects top-notch digital professionals with US-based companies in digital growth mode. They are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Business Operations Lead to streamline internal systems, support partners, and enable scalable revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize internal workflows and processes to improve team efficiency and support new product launches and GTM initiatives
Manage internal tooling, documentation, and project management infrastructure across the business, including managed service campaign implementation and self-serve support
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify, prioritize, and unblock operational challenges
Maintain and improve cross-department workflows and systems, including OKRs, KPIs, time tracking, employee onboarding, performance reviews, and internal communication cadences
Support CRM administration, reporting, and system updates, partnering with senior stakeholders on system design and changes (Boostr)
Support revenue forecast and sales/marketing reporting, in partnership with operations and analytics leadership
Build recurring reporting on performance and campaign impact using BI tools (e.g., Looker)
Maintain and optimize partner support systems, including intake forms, status tracking, billing processes, and reporting structures
Analyze partner feedback and performance data to recommend operational improvements and support growth opportunities (e.g, QBRs, new product adoption)
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in business ops, revenue ops, partnerships, or project management
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and improve existing processes
Exceptional organization and communication skills
Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday.com), BI tools (Looker), and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Boostr, or similar)
Hands-on, highly motivated, high-ownership mindset
