Responsibilities

Develop engaging text, image, and video content tailored for target audiences on major overseas social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube). Participate in content planning and scheduling to drive global reach

Identify and engage potential content creators/KOLs across diverse markets. Manage the end-to-end execution of collaboration projects, ensuring timely delivery and proactively resolving issues

Monitor and analyze content performance metrics and user engagement globally. Use data-driven insights to optimize content strategies and improve campaign results

Work closely with the marketing, product, design, and other teams to ensure content alignment with overall global marketing goals

Required

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree

Strong understanding of global digital trends and user behavior on major overseas social media platforms

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese

Strong teamwork and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with international creators

Basic data analysis skills with a data-driven approach to content creation

Available to work remotely for at least 3 days per week

Preferred

A background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus

Prior experience in social media content creation or successful KOL campaigns is highly advantageous

Additional language skills are a plus
