Responsibilities
Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies across unit, integration, and user acceptance testing for global Workday implementations
Configure and manage test environments and data to support complex, multi-country scenarios
Lead diverse delivery and client teams through testing cycles, defect management, and performance validation
Manage stakeholder communications, providing guidance on testing best practices and risk mitigation strategies
Develop testing reports, dashboards, and metrics for executive-level visibility and decision-making
Provide leadership in change management and training to support user adoption and quality outcomes
Qualification
Required
Experience leading Workday testing for global HR transformation programs
Strong understanding of Workday configuration, data management, and quality assurance methodologies
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage senior client stakeholders
Proven expertise in testing tools, frameworks, and performance optimization techniques
Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills to guide clients toward effective decisions
