Responsibilities
Review cash transactions and reconciliations prepared by fund administrators
Assist in the preparation and review of fund, general partner, and co-investor financial statements, including partner capital account statements
Analyze and interpret deal documentation for financial reporting purposes
Collaborate with fund administrators and communicate necessary information
Assist with capital calls and distributions for the funds and co-investors
Qualification
Required
6–8 years of experience, preferably from private equity or a mix of public and private equity backgrounds
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
Preferred
Experience as an administrator or in a similar leadership role is preferred
CPA certification is helpful but not required
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and/or Allvue is a plus
