Responsibilities
Manage company-wide data systems and related projects, supporting data governance for the business
Collaborate with partner teams to define technical requirements for systems and processes
Identify root causes of problems and develop data-driven solutions and business processes
Conduct analysis, interpret technical documents, and draw valid conclusions regarding user needs
Provide technical guidance and develop user documentation, training guides, and manuals
Gather requirements from business units and translate them for developers
Prepare cost-benefit and ROI analyses for system implementation decisions
Coordinate and link computer systems within the organization to improve compatibility and information sharing
Expand or modify systems to serve new purposes or improve workflow
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical field required
5–7 years of experience in business systems analysis
Strong analytical skills and experience with large data sets, ensuring data integrity and managing system enhancements
Proficiency in Excel and BI tools such as Tableau, Data Cubes, SAP BI, or similar databases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
Knowledge of design techniques and principles for system workflows
Familiarity with programming languages such as Visual Basic, Java, and SQL
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree
