Tech Hub Advisor
Tech Hub is an independent strategic technology advisory firm helping mid-market to enterprise businesses grow revenue, simplify operations, and scale faster. The Tech Hub Advisor role involves guiding clients through technology audits, sourcing solutions, and building long-term relationships while supporting modernization efforts and mentoring new advisors.
Responsibilities
Perform technology audits and assessments to understand client goals, challenges, and gaps
Translate complex technology issues into clear and actionable insights
Guide clients using Tech Hub’s four-step advisory framework (Audit → Plan → Implement → Optimize)
Build long-term relationships with executive teams and become their trusted advisor
Source industry leading solutions across cloud, cybersecurity, SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, networking, AV, UC, data, and AI
Manage proposals, demos, evaluations, and partner coordination
Earn under Tech Hub’s Elite Level Compensation Plan on all solutions sold
Ensure every recommendation aligns with measurable business outcomes
Support execution of modernization roadmaps created by Senior Advisors and Fractional CXOs
Ensure alignment between strategy, systems, processes, and budgets
Stay engaged throughout implementation to ensure successful outcomes and client satisfaction
Bring additional Advisors into the Tech Hub ecosystem
Mentor them in process, strategy, and client management
Earn a mentor bonus on the business they generate
Qualification
Required
Seven or more years of seller experience in IT, cloud, cybersecurity, SaaS, data, networking, or AV and UC
Strong business understanding and the ability to communicate clearly with executives
Excellent problem solver who can simplify complexity for non-technical leaders
Entrepreneurial, proactive, relationship-driven mindset
Preferred
Experience in MSP, VAR, or channel ecosystems is a strong plus
