Full-Stack / AI Product Tech Lead
O2 AI is building an AI-native enterprise SaaS platform for the electronics manufacturing and components supply chain. They are seeking a hands-on builder to take end-to-end ownership of product engineering, focusing on shipping core features, improving reliability, and scaling the application and AI workflows.

Responsibilities
Own the full-stack product roadmap execution : from spec → implementation → release → iteration
Build and improve AI-powered workflows (context engineering, retrieval patterns, tool/function calling, guardrails)
Design and ship enterprise-grade SaaS features (auth, roles/permissions, data models, auditability, workflows)
Maintain and evolve backend services and data layers (SQL schema, performance, migrations, APIs)
Drive quality and velocity: testing discipline, observability, performance, security basics
Deploy and operate production systems (Docker, cloud services, CI/CD), with a pragmatic reliability mindset
Qualification
Required
Strong full-stack engineering background; you've shipped and operated real SaaS products (enterprise SaaS is a big plus)
Solid React + TypeScript experience; you care about UX polish and maintainable frontend architecture
Strong Python proficiency for backend services, AI orchestration, and data tasks
Comfortable with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred): schema design, indexing, query performance
Deep familiarity with context engineering (prompting patterns, retrieval, memory, evaluation, failure modes)
Highly proficient with 'vibe coding' / AI dev tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) and know how to use them responsibly
You ship fast without breaking trust: pragmatic, accountable, and quality-oriented
You can work independently, make good product calls, and communicate clearly
You like ambiguous problems and turning them into working systems
