Responsibilities
Partnering with product owners and SMEs to understand system functionality changes and associated training requirements
Determining the most appropriate training approach for each change (e.g., simulations, quick reference guides, videos, eLearning, or live support)
Designing, developing, and launching training materials aligned to release timelines
Monitoring end-user knowledge, skills, and abilities through simulations, surveys, and feedback loops
Supporting broader enablement activities, including office hours and just-in-time support, to reinforce adoption and address user questions
Qualification
Required
6+ years' experience in developing and applying instructional design techniques within a fast-paced environment
Experience working in a matrix organization
Optimal industry experience in tech or biotech
Skill in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Skill in using eLearning technical tools: Articulate Storyline (not Storyline Rise but the full Storyline tool), Camtasia, and Adobe Captivate
Extensive experience with SALESFORCE and Oracle
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Education, Life Science, Clinical Diagnostics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience building relationships remotely and cross culturally
Collaborative approach to decision making and problem solving
