Responsibilities
Manage all phases of personal injury litigation — discovery, motions, hearings, trials, and appeals
Draft pleadings, discovery, and trial prep materials
Organize medical records and case files
Support attorneys in depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
Communicate professionally with clients, witnesses, and experts
Maintain accurate records in case management systems
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years' experience in a litigation paralegal role
Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills
Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
Self-starter who can manage multiple cases independently
Preferred
3 years' experience in a litigation paralegal role (PI preferred)
