Responsibilities

Exposure to any one of our manufacturing areas on how day to day work is managed and executed
Learn how to read drawings or schematics
Communication methods with peers and other levels in an organization
Exposure to Industrial engineering methods using lean techniques, layout planning for continuous improvement projects within manufacturing areas
Development of tools and jigs to make work easier

Required

Current sophomore or junior undergraduates pursuing a BA/BS from an accredited college or university
Majoring in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Strong technical or analytical aptitude
Availability: 40 hours per week from June to August
Work Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
Strong analytical, writing, presentation, and critical-thinking skills

Preferred

Prior internship or co-op experience
Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0
Demonstrated leadership potential
Industry knowledge and/or interest
