WorkGenius Group is seeking a Temporary Art Acquisitions Manager to assist with developing and producing artwork programs for various projects. The role involves facilitating artwork acquisition, maintaining visual resources, and managing financial accountability within the department.

Responsibilities

Assist with developing & producing artwork programs for various projects, primarily retail, and working with senior management & local teams to achieve high-quality results
Prepare, organize & maintain to-scale visual presentations of project elevations & references in both digital formats and hard copy
Maintain shared visual resources and ensure they are up to date and accessible for multiple internal teams
Facilitate artwork acquisition & production for various projects, managing all organizational & logistical aspects
Maintain department financial accountability, updating & managing budget trackers and processing vendor payments

Required

Past experience in a visually-oriented work environment (art, interior design, etc.)

Proficiency with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
