Responsibilities
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of facility operations and site projects to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable workplace environments
Manage site services, building, and lab maintenance
Coordinate, motivate, and develop the members of the facility team
Lead a maintenance team responsible for demand and preventive maintenance programs
Responsible for general site functions and administrative support services
Maintain key site services such as security, janitorial, catering, lease administration and property management, warehousing
Partner with other groups to support sitewide employee needs and activities
Qualification
Required
10+ years' experience in Facility and Building Management
Strong leadership and people management experience
Strong facility and maintenance management experience
Strong site services administration experience
Supporter of a site culture including Environmental, Health, and Safety
Promoter of teamwork and a customer service environment
Willing and able to be hands-on and work side by side with the team
Desire to work with and across multidisciplinary teams
Excellent communication and project leadership skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong people leadership skills
