Apex Wellness Group is one of the largest franchisee groups globally, operating a fast-scaling, multi-unit portfolio across major markets. They are seeking a high-impact Performance Manager to oversee and elevate the performance of three F45 Training studios within the NYC portfolio, focusing on driving studio performance through strong leadership and operational execution.

Responsibilities

Lead overall studio performance across MindBody revenue, Net Member Gain, and retention
Apply strong sales understanding to drive accountability and revenue outcomes
Execute and monitor growth strategies implemented by Apex management
Monitor and support performance across ClassPass, Gympass, and OnePass
Lead from the floor with strong in-studio presence and credibility
Monitor class experience, coaching quality, and brand execution
Upskill, mentor, and develop coaching teams
Conduct regular meetings with Head Trainers to identify performance hurdles using data insights and in-studio observations
Partner with the Operations Manager to support audits and operational compliance
Assist with audits for minimum Head Trainer class counts in Prospr
Ensure consistent execution of Apex and F45 Training SOPs
Support resolution of studio-level issues prior to escalation
Act as a performance and leadership link between studios and corporate leadership
Maintain clear reporting, feedback loops, and performance visibility across the portfolio

Required

Proven fitness training experience in F45 Training or a comparable boutique group fitness studio
Strong sales background, with the ability to drive accountability, conversion, and revenue outcomes
Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, performance-driven studio environment
Comfort being highly present on-site and leading by example
A data-driven mindset with strong execution and follow-through
