Bioprocess Sales Account Manager - Belgium (d/f/m)

Responsibilities
Represent Cytiva and act as a primary customer point of contact in all allocated accounts and in the territory for Biotech & CDMO customer segments
Expand the business, gain market share, and grow sales & order at expected margins. Achieve annual/quarterly targets through successful promotion of all business technologies and capabilities within all modalities which are relevant to this account
Provide technical support, leveraging technical specialists where needed, aligned with customer workflows and activities to develop and support solutions that meet or exceed the customers’ expectations
Identify opportunities and support team in developing opportunities
Develop and maintain a full understanding of the Cytiva value proposition and a high-level knowledge of competitive products and services
Prospecting, forecasting, generating proposals, preparing sales quotations, initiating, and planning customer visits at all levels of the customer organization
Negotiating master agreements and contracts, including terms and conditions as well as facilitating tender responses to customers from the account, in conjunction with product sales specialists as needed
Accountable for overall account success, and growth, leveraging Cytiva customer account team
Accountable to drive overall design-in account strategies, aligned with Clinical Workflow Managers and Sales Specialists on technical Design in projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, life sciences or relevant field
3-5+ years commercial experience, preferably in the Biotechnology industry
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficient organizational skills to follow up and close opportunities to establish strong customer relationships
Strong analytical skills and experience with sales tools such as Salesforce.com and Qlik applications
Fluency in reading and writing, English and Dutch
Valid driver's license required due to travel responsibilities
