Social Services Analyst 1/2-EC
The State of Louisiana is seeking a Social Services Analyst to focus on determining and maintaining eligibility for the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP). This role involves assessing eligibility, case management, and family support, requiring strong adherence to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
Gather and analyze information to determine if families are eligible for CCAP, both initially and on an ongoing basis
Understanding and consistent application of complex federal, state, and agency policies
Accurately and efficiently processing all case activities by required deadlines
Qualification
Required
Three years of experience in social services
Six years of full-time experience in any field
A bachelor's degree
The ability to comply with policies and procedures of the organization as well as State Civil Service rules, and all applicable federal and state laws
The ability to form an opinion objectively and decisively based on relevant information and in accordance with established standards
The ability to objectively question, analyze, interpret, and evaluate information to form a conclusion
Preferred
Experience in eligibility determination or case management
