Responsibilities
Present a professional appearance that supports and enhances the company’s image with Home Depot
Communicate the benefits of purchasing HVAC products and services
Initiate communication with prospective customers during their shopping experience in the store
Proactively greet customers, engage in informative conversations, qualify potential purchasers, and generate leads for sales appointments
Build and maintain relationships with Home Depot store associates and key management personnel
Educate and build awareness about the HVAC Program for Home Depot customers and store employees
Achieve specified program KPIs and goals
Attend required meetings and training courses
Qualification

Enjoys face-to-face interaction; outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated
Ability to manage emotions when faced with rejection
Positive and optimistic attitude
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
Active listener who asks open-ended discovery questions
Intuitive ability to gauge customer interest

Ability to move conversations toward a decision and ask for appointment commitments
Able to stand and/or walk for 4-8 hours at a time
