Responsibilities
Greet customers, listen to their needs, and get their service requests written up
Schedule and track service jobs, keeping things organized and on time
Be the communicator—explain what’s needed, how much it’ll cost, and when it’ll be ready
Work closely with our techs to make sure every job is done right the first time
Recommend maintenance, accessories, or upgrades to keep machines reliable on the ranch and ready for adventure
Handle customer questions or concerns with patience and a positive attitude
Make sure every customer leaves confident their machine is ready for the trails, road, the snow, or the ranch
Qualification
Required
Service advisor or customer service experience
Strong communication and people skills
Familiarity with powersports equipment or ranch work vehicles
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Computer and dealership management system skills
Valid driver's license
Preferred
powersports, automotive, ag, or marine experience
motorcycle endorsement
