Responsibilities
Maintain and strengthen relationships with a wide range of asset managers, encompassing both traditional and alternative investment firms, as well as other key stakeholders across the asset management industry
Conduct comprehensive due diligence on fund managers, performing both qualitative assessment and quantitative analysis
Collaborate with internal investment and product teams to refine investment strategies and enhance product offerings
Continuously review and improve existing quantitative and qualitative analytical methodologies to ensure their accuracy and relevance
Optimize reporting and investment evaluation processes by implementing automation and data-driven solutions
Collect, synthesize, and present market views and insights from fund managers to provide valuable internal research support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
A strong existing network and established relationships with reputable asset managers
Deep understanding of global financial markets, various fund structures, and relevant regulatory frameworks across hedge funds, private equity/private credit, and mutual funds
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to think critically and write persuasively and creatively
Proven ability to work independently using own initiative, effectively prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in an unsupervised environment
Must be a U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder)
Preferred
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferred
