Responsibilities

Lead the core digital product management across pre-sales, in meeting, and post-sales crew journeys

Create and drive a compelling and transformative vision on how to enable the sales experience, with consideration for industry trends and best practices

Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and enhance the digital experience for sales executives

Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to build sales process and digital tools in a way that brings together the sales and advisor experiences, ensuring seamless integration and delivery

Oversee implementation of digital tools and technologies that enhance distribution effectiveness and streamline processes

Partner with sales leaders to drive utilization of new and existing sales tools

Level-up team talent to develop user-centric mindsets, establish the team as thought-partners, and encourage rapid experimentation
