Mid, Senior LevelIdeal Market is seeking an IT Manager to oversee and manage their information technology projects. The IT Manager will coordinate project phases, ensure smooth operation of computer systems, and manage a team of IT professionals to meet the company's computing needs.

Responsibilities
Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
Experience in Procurement, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Asset Management
Develop requirements, outlines, budgets, and schedulers for information technology projects
Oversee all phases of project from conception to completion
Assist with upgrading information security
Manage team of consultants, programmers, developers, and analysts
Ensure project is completed within budget and on time
Follow PMI standards to manage projects through the project lifecycles of initiation, planning, execution and closure
Develop work-breakdown structures
Develop project tracking and variance reports
Assemble risk management plans and work effort documents
High Degree of ownership in all matters within the IT infrastructure
Provide risk assessment
Review estimates
Assess new opportunities
Flag potential issues
Manage multiple vendors
Experience managing teams in a high-pressure IT environment
Develop security standards, procedures, and guidelines for multiple platforms
Other tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
Expertise in data center management and data governance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audience
Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
Bilingual: English and Spanish (required)
