HCSC Solutions, Inc is seeking an Ambulatory Care Service Supervisor to provide daily supervision to the Ambulatory Care Service Representatives and support all aspects of service to assigned territories. The role involves managing a team to achieve positive outcomes in Accounts Receivable, Contract Renewals, and Inventory while ensuring program growth and customer relationship retention.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide daily supervision to all assigned

HCSC ACSR's and support all aspects of Service to the assigned territories

Manage assigned ACSR's to accomplish positive outcomes for Accounts Receivable, Contract Renewals and Inventory

Ensure program growth and stability

Manage assigned ACSR's to promote customer relationship/ retention, potentiates Product Sales, and Sales Leads

Conducts his/ herself in a courteous, professional manner at all times

Supervise, organize and facilitate the movement of inventory between HCSC and customer location via ACSR's

Adheres to all HCSC and the Health Care Institution policies and procedures

Maintains privacy and confidentiality and adheres to all federal, state & local regulations

Must be available to work 4:00am -6:00pm
